Looks like it's a new league. They have a group on Facebook. I'm not sure the ESTFA knows about them...

I think they are just "Subbuteo Table Football" - the main guy uses modern bases.

Nope, we are not just Old Subbuteo - we have two leagues going at the same time - a Retro League using old Subbuteo bases or replicas of them such as Santiago and Top Spin, and we have a "premier league" which uses any bases the player wishes to use ( Sureshots being the main base of choice as thats what we sell on our website ).
Both leagues use the Advanced Rules.
